The key purpose of this role is to ensure clear view and operational execution of RTM priorities and transformation in BU South East countries (Tanzania, Uganda, Mozambique, Ghana, Botswana, Zambia). Support specific RTM priorities with detailed project planning.

 

Key outputs and responsibilities:

  • RTM transformation PMO, including project planning, weekly & monthly reporting, and adhoc report and project management support
  • Systems and Processes PMO, including backlog maintenance for Kuja, BEES, POCEye, and CXC, as well as coordination with cross-functional stakeholders on the above
  • Reporting maintenance, development, including owning data validation process, full L1 data inclusion in reports
  • Reporting evolution and insight generation, including plan and cycle for data updates, guidance on commercial analysis to include in reports, and providing a commercial / sales perspective in determining future reporting requirements
  • Support on RTM transformation workstreams, including Line of Sight, Order Generation, BDR Cycle and routing, Distributor Landscape, Digitalization, and Marketplace

 

Key attributes and competencies:

  • Support of 1YP execution on RTM transformation (2023), as well as setting and tracking future strategic and tactical RTM objectives
  • Supporting BU South East countries in delivering commercial targets by transforming and adding value in local route to market practices

 

Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration
