Role: Credit Analyst Manager
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Credit Analyst Manager to join our team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for evaluating credit data and financial statements to assess lending risks, managing a team of credit analysts, and ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze credit data and financial statements to assess lending risks.

Develop and implement credit policies and procedures in line with regulatory standards.

Monitor loan portfolios, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with internal and external credit regulations.

Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications:

Strong expertise in credit management and finance.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

In-depth understanding of credit principles and risk assessment.

Prior experience in the financial services industry is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

CPA(T) qualification is an added advantage.

Knowledge of the Expected Credit Loss (ECL) Model is highly desirable.
