Job Description:
Currently we are looking for Marketing Strategist Interns to support organizational business in our office based in Arusha. The intern may have opportunity to learn, gaining experience with possibility of securing fulltime employment depends on his/her performance.

Duration: Open ended
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Meet and great customers in the office environment and through site visit.
• Collecting and analyzing market data.
• Developing specific marketing campaigns to reach marketing goals.
• Researching and forecasting marketing trends and adopting accordingly.
• Brainstorming innovative marketing campaigns, capture and use available opportunities.
• Meeting with clients to evaluate marketing needs and get feedback
• Support on operationalization of online platforms
• Develop a marketing strategy and advising on how to expand markets
• Support day to day marketing operations within the organization.
• Managing social media accounts and use them efficiently.
Qualification & Experience Required:
•A certificate or diploma in marketing or business administrations
• Experience in using modern social media as business platforms
• Experience with marketing software and technology
• High level of innovations and result oriented.
• Fast learner and flexible
• Good customer service
• High level of Integrity
• Good communicator with ability to negotiate swiftly.
Renumerations and compensations
This is an internship position. However, reasonable allowances will be provided for a successful candidate (in negotiable terms). Also, the candidate may earn bonuses depending on his/her good performances. Additionally, the candidate may have opportunity to secure full time employment depending on his/her performance.
