Role Overview;
The P&C Officer will report to the Head of People & Culture to support overseeing Company’s and sister Company’s People & Culture affairs covering recruitment and onboarding, performance management, learning and development, retention programs, Compensation and benefits, industrial and employee relations, P & C Information System and alike. The role is based in Meatu with rotation to other employer’s properties.
Key Responsibilities;
- Recruitment and Onboarding – Collaborate with department head to assess recruitment needs, manage the full hiring process, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience that integrates new employees into the company culture and equips them for success.
- Performance Management, Learning and Development – Oversee performance management cycles, implement goal-setting and feedback systems, and organize training programs to foster continuous employee development aligned with organizational objectives.
- Compensation and Benefits- Manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs, and oversee employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans and wellness initiatives.
- Industrial and Employee Relations – Work with management to draft and administer policies, maintain positive employee relations, resolve grievances and conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws while fostering a respectful workplace.
- P&C Information System and Data Management – Ensure proper maintenance of P&C information systems, accurately file employee records, and provide reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Staff Welfare – Design and implement staff welfare programs aimed at improving employees’ work-life balance, mental well-being, and overall job satisfaction.
Qualification and Skills;
- Education: Bachelor Degree in HR Management, Social work and any relevant field. A competent level of computer skills are required.
- Experience and Skills: Two (2) years experience on busy operations
- Excellent leadership abilities and communication skills.
- A candidate with a strong reasoning and decision making is preferred.
- Be ethical with a track record of proven integrity.
- Creative thinker and effective problem solver.
