Position: Business Performance and Analytics Manager
We are looking for a Business Performance and Analytics Manager with strong analytical skills,
business acumen, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement Customer Value Management (CVM) and Customer Experience strategies.
– Drive revenue growth, customer retention, and satisfaction through data-driven insights.
– Build churn prediction models, customer behaviour profiles, and loyalty
programs.
– Analyse and present key business performance data to senior management.
– Generate daily reports on campaign performance and business trends.
Analytics & Model Development:
– Develop analytics programs to profile customer behaviour and predict churn.
– Analyse customer satisfaction trends to improve service delivery.
– Design revenue stimulation, retention, and loyalty strategies.
– Build product recommendation models to drive revenue growth.
– Prepare and present performance reports for data-driven decision-making.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
– Strong problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities.
– Excellent communication and presentation abilities for non-technical stakeholders.
– Expertise in data analysis, statistical techniques, and large datasets.
– Experience in predictive modelling, data mining, and machine learning is a plus.
Key Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, or a related field.
– Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and model development.
– Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power Bl, Tableau, or similar platforms.
– Business performance acumen with the ability to analyse, interpret, and present data effectively
– Experience in predictive modelling, data mining, and statistical analysis is a plus.
