You will be responsible for meeting Technical Operations KPIs that directly impact the company’s mission of providing clean affordable energy solutions to underserved communities.
Process Compliance and Approval
- Ensure technical operational processes are well understood and adhered to
- Work to improve and simplify tech processes as needed
Fleet Health
- Monitor system performance and health to ensure optimal functionality
- Implement proactive measures to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment
Issue resolution and escalation
- Act as a primary point of contact for resolving day-to-day technical operational issues
- Escalate unresolved and observed technical issues to Management and Engineering team
Country level reporting
- Collect, analyze, and present tech operational performance to key stakeholders
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve tech ops efficiency and effectiveness
Recruitment and training
- Lead the recruitment process for Country technical staff
- Develop and implement training programs to build the team’s technical capacity
Project Management
- Plan, execute, and oversee tech projects and support expansion tech maintenance of energy hubs/shops
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required tech standards
