Role Overview:

Inno Fleet Limited is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, cultivating strong relationships with clients, and promoting our advanced GPS tracking and fleet management solutions. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the fleet management sector while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify, target, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Sales Presentations & Promotions: Present, demonstrate, and sell Inno Fleet’s GPS tracking and fleet management solutions to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new sales opportunities and industry shifts.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical, support, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client issues.
  • Client Support & Follow-up: Address client inquiries, technical concerns, and provide ongoing support throughout the sales cycle to ensure customer needs are met.

Qualifications & Required Profile:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales role, ideally within the technology, telematics, or fleet management sectors.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain complex technical solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Negotiation & Relationship-Building: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Technical Understanding (Preferred): Familiarity with telematics, GPS tracking, or fleet management technologies is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Goal-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, but also capable of working independently and managing your own sales pipeline.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive in addressing challenges and identifying solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Education & Certification: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory. Additional training or certifications in sales or technology-related fields would be a plus.
