• Must have fully attended and completed a driver training course.
• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Must have experience driving trucks and trailers.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have five years of experience driving large vehicles.
• Must have two recognized guarantors.
• Must provide a letter from the local government.
• Must provide a letter from the Ward Executive Officer.
• Attach three passport-sized photographs.
