About the role

As a Junior Technical Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technical systems and processes. You will work closely with senior operators and technical staff to learn and execute various tasks related to equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This position requires a combination of technical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist senior operators in the setup, operation, and maintenance of technical equipment.
  2. Monitor equipment performance and identify any issues or abnormalities.
  3. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  4. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
  5. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform basic repairs under supervision.
  6. Document maintenance activities, equipment changes, and operational issues.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
  8. Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  9. Conduct regular checks and calibrations of equipment to maintain accuracy and reliability.
  10. Work closely with QA/AC personnel to address quality issues promptly and effectively.

 

Requirements:

  1. University degree or equivalent qualification.
  2. Basic understanding of technical principles and equipment operation.
  3. Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
  4. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  6. Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
  7. Previous experience in a technical or industrial environment is a plus, but not required.
