2. Job Purpose
● Identifying and researching new opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
● Creating new values for our agents and/or end users by leveraging our current business assets, such as kiosk network, regional coverage of marketing team & SCM team, well-disciplined call centre team, and trusted relationships with end users.
3. Main Responsibilities of the Job
A) Managerial Responsibilities N/A
B) Functional responsibilities
● Generating new leads and conducting market research to identify new opportunities from new and existing markets.
● Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, and colleagues
● Working together with the Business Development Team Leader to implement and execute different projects.
● Traveling as required to conduct research and visiting potential market areas
● Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships ● Developing an in-depth knowledge of prospective customers, partners and industry ● Promoting company products and services.
● Any other assigned duties from the supervisor.
4. Minimum Requirements
A) A minimum of professional and academic qualification required to perform effectively in the role:
● Bachelor’s degree in any Business-related or Social Science field
B) Minimum level of experience required to perform effectively in the role:
● Strong background in Sales/ Business Development with at least 3 – 4 years in a similar role
● Previous experience working in rural communities is desirable but not mandatory

● People in underprivileged communities including Wassha agents and lantern end-users
