Job Description:

King Casino, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Casino Shift Manager. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the casino floor during designated shifts in compliance with the company policies and gaming regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service, and a keen eye for detail to ensure the smooth functioning of all casino activities.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervision: Directly supervise and coordinate activities of casino personnel during assigned shifts, including dealers, floor staff, and security personnel.
  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer complaints, resolving conflicts, and providing assistance as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, company policies, and procedures at all times.
  • Staff Training: Provide training and guidance to casino staff on policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Security: Monitor security protocols and procedures to safeguard the casino’s assets and ensure the safety of guests and employees.
  • Financial Management: Assist in managing the casino’s financial operations, including monitoring cash transactions, reconciling cash drawers, and preparing reports.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and inspire casino staff to perform at their best, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies and incidents as needed, following established protocols to ensure the safety and security of all individuals on the premises.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control procedures for gaming supplies, equipment, and other materials.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication channels with management, staff, and other departments to ensure effective coordination and problem resolution.

 

Qualifications:

  • Both Male and Female
  • Working experience of 7 years and above in the same industry and position
  • Knowledge of gaming regulations and procedures.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating teams.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
