What does a Casino Cage Cashier do?
A Casino Cage Cashier is responsible for handling customer transactions professionally and accurately and ensuring all transactions are recorded and processed correctly per the Casino’s regulations, this may involve counting and handling cash, processing payments, and issuing receipts. They must also ensure all customers feel at ease while conducting their transactions. A casino cashier will also be expected to reconcile cash and credit card transactions as well as manage gaming chips and tokens. Other responsibilities may include verifying customer identification, managing customer accounts, and providing change.
GENERAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Processing customer deposits and withdrawals
Exchanging casino chips and tokens to cash
Reconcile discrepancies and verify cash totals
Complete end-of-shift reports
Awareness of all relevant rules and regulations affecting casinos and the gaming industry as a whole, and being able to cite and explain them when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
A Graduate in any field
Good numerical and literacy skills
Basic Computer knowledge
Excellent customer services
Must speak good English
Women are highly preferred not more than 26 years
WORK HOURS
8 hours Day or Night shift including Saturdays and Sundays
