Our Client.
Our client, one of the leading world manufacturer and suppliers of aquaculture feeds, is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for sales to join their team as a Regional Sales Representative (Export). As a pivotal member of their sales force, you will play a crucial role in expanding their regional market reach and driving revenue growth.
THE JOB
As a Regional Sales Representative (Export), you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth by identifying and developing new accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales and a proven ability to build relationships with customers.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Research on an identify market opportunities in the Region
- Provide consultative selling services for small to mid-size businesses.
- Meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, farm visits, referrals, and other marketing campaigns.
- Identify and understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Manage new and existing client relationships.
- Develop and maintain prospect and customer databases.
- Analyze sales activity to identify opportunities for business development.
- Manage and prioritize tasks to meet daily and weekly goals.
- Communicate with potential clients to determine their needs and concerns,
- Understand and initiate problem-solving methods through any channels necessary, including phone, email, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
The job holder should have the following qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years’ experience in selling of Animal Feed products (Aquaculture will be an added advantage)
- Valid Driving License (Motorcycle/vehicle)

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Driven by targets and goals, with a proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services and enhance the overall customer experience.
