Responsibilities
- Handle all guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner
- Consistently provided friendly guest service and heartfelt hospitality.
- Promptly and empathetically handled guest concerns and complaints.
- Recognise the customer’s circumstance and offer the best remedy
- Ensure that all guests have a positive experience at the hotel
- Professionally respond to customer complaints; make an effort to successfully resolve complaints in accordance with established guidelines.
- Provide services and remedies that will improve client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Experience working with customers directly, either online or in person.
- Good Communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Smart and well-presentable person
- Must be able to understand, speak, read and write the English language,
- Must be organized and punctual, Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time,
- At least three(3) years of working experience,
