VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Mkulazi Holding Co. Ltd (MHCL) is a company owned by the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) and Prisons Corporation Sole (PCS). The Company was established on 6th September 2016. The main objective of the company is to undertake production of sugar in Tanzania.

Cane Supply Supervisor – Haulage – 3 Post: He/She will be reporting to Senior Cane Supply Officer.

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities:

1. Planning activities of cane haulage machinery and equipment (Cane Loaders, tractors and trailers);
2. Supervises cane loading and transportation activities to ensure rateable supply of cane to the mill;
3. Monitoring performance of Cane haulage machineries and allocated manpower;
4. Provide input for preparation of harvesting plan and operational budget;
5. Identify and mitigate risks for cane supply chain & logistics management stakeholders;
6. Oversee effective talent and performance management within cane supply;
7. Provide regular feedback to his/her clients on progress of activities;
8. Ensure observance to Occupational Health and Safety in the workplace; and
9. Perform any other lawful duties as may be assigned by supervisor

Academic Qualifications and working experience:

Diploma in Agriculture/Agronomy/Transport and Logistics or equivalent qualifications. Should have at least three (3) years’ experience in related business

Salaries and other fringe benefits for the above vacancies will be paid in accordance to the Company’s Salary Structure and other related manuals.
