VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Mkulazi Holding Co. Ltd (MHCL) is a company owned by the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) and Prisons Corporation Sole (PCS). The Company was established on 6th September 2016. The main objective of the company is to undertake production of sugar in Tanzania.

Camp Warden – 1 Posts: He/She will be reporting to Cane Supply SupervisorHarvesting.

Job Descriptions and responsibilities:

1. Ensures that the camp compound is clean and lawns are cut regularly;
2. Ensures Hostel rooms are kept clean and no un- accepted materials are taken to the rooms;
3. Ensures that all necessary repairs to the camp buildings plumbing and electrics are carried out;
4. Maintain the security of company and occupants’ properties;
5. Rallying labor in the event of cane fires or any other emergence;
6. Enforces discipline at the camps and ensure that camp rules and regulations are adhered to;
7. Ensures that recreation facilities like soccer, darts draughts and cards are provided and are secured;
8. Ensures that cutters are fed accordingly with clean and well-cooked food; and
9. Perform any other lawful duties as assigned by supervisor.

Academic Qualifications and working experiences:

Certificate in Agriculture/Agronomy or equivalent qualifications. Should have at least one (1) year experience in handling cane cutters from a sugarcane plantation.

Salaries and other fringe benefits for the above vacancies will be paid in accordance to the Company’s Salary Structure and other related manuals.
