Requirement

2. Dormitory Administrator
Duty & responsibility
·Manage the worker dormitory, ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and orderliness of the dormitory area.
·Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair work, including utilities, furniture, and equipment.
·Provide necessary support and guidance to the residents, resolving accommodation issues and emergencies.
· Monitor and enforce dormitory regulations, ensuring compliance by the residents.
·Maintain dormitory records and reports, including resident check-ins and check-outs.
·Maintain close communication with company management and relevant departments to provide a conducive living environment for the workers.
Requirement
· Relevant work experience, preferably in dormitory management or a similar field.
·Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively address worker issues and emergencies.
·Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
·Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software.
