The Government of Tanzania conducted the Demographic and Health Survey/ Malaria Indicator Survey (TDHS/MIS) in 20221. The TDHS/MIS is a nationally representative household survey that provides data for a wide range of coverage and outcome indicators in the areas of population, maternal and child health, gender, HIV/AIDS, malaria, and nutrition and is usually conducted every 5 years to allow comparisons over time.
