Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive customer
acquisition and retention. - Identify and target key market segments to maximize business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional
materials. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, and partners.
- Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends to identify new business
opportunities. - Represent Fastlink Safaris at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements: - Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the travel or hospitality
industry. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
