Job Description
To manage the Cards Operation Processes at the back end with the main function being to:
- Performing cards Scheme settlements (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and UPI)
- Responsible for the analysis on scheme Performance & MI
- Supporting and advising business on related charges, interchanges, fees and other income lines
- Participate in all cards related projects and UAT.
- Handling Chargebacks, Re-presentments and other cards related disputes.
- To support other card operations activities
- Responsible for the control and monitoring of cost elements within the unit.
- Responsible for the integrity of the quality and service in the appropriate unit to ensure no lapses.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationship with internal and external customers.
- Ensure that service levels are maintained and adhered to.
- To direct and motivate staff.
Education
Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
