Job Description:
We are seeking an Operations and Projects Management Intern to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you will support our operations and project management efforts, ensuring the smooth implementation of our initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects to achieve their objectives.
- Support the development of project timelines, work plans, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings, workshops, and events.
- Prepare project documentation, including progress reports and presentations.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditure.
- Support administrative tasks related to project management, including data entry and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the organization.
Requirements:

- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also thriving in a team environment.
- Good public speaking skills and confidence in engaging with stakeholders.

- Fluent in English and Swahili, both written and verbal.

- Proficient in technology and comfortable using digital tools.

- Quick learner, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
Duration: 6 months (starting with 3 months remote, subject to change based on circumstances).
Compensation: Monthly allowance and monthly internet package.
Location: Flexible (remote and on-site work).
